About

Hi! I’m Katie and I’m passionate about helping women be pain-free, energetic, strong and thriving in life! Women are very good at ignoring their aches and pains and I know from first hand experience that all the little signals your body is sending you, may actually turn out to be big. I would love to help you get rid of that nagging little ache, improve your fitness post-baby, or recover from an injury so you can feel great, play with your kids, and pursue your passion.

It turns out that the solution to feeling your absolute best doesn’t need to be complicated. Looking to the simplicity of nature and its rhythms as a guide you can achieve balance and strength in your body, increase energy and mental clarity, find what nourishes and supports your life and experience joy, fulfillment, and peace.

Over the last nearly 10 years of treating a multitude of conditions as a physical therapist and health coach, I’ve discovered that the best outcomes occur when the science of evidence-based physical therapy is combined with the art of energetic healing and the optimization of lifestyle factors customized for each individual person. This leads to truly profound change that will serve you and those around you for life. Together, we can find what makes your unique body thrive!

Other Stuff About Me

  • My husband and I were both born and raised in Longmont, Colorado and now reside in Steamboat Springs. We spent 5 years living in Alaska which will always have a piece of our hearts.

  • I have three children - 2 were born in Homer, Alaska and 1 was born in Steamboat Springs. Being mom to them is the most fun and challenging thing and the reason I know how important having energy and feeling good is!

  • After my second kid was born I developed Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism and some other autoimmune issues. Navigating that and seeing others affected in similar ways led me to pursue training with the Integrative Women’s Health Institute so I could further support women with their thyroid, hormones, and energy levels.

  • My husband loves beekeeping and we’ve run a small honey farm in the past. Bees are truly fascinating and I’m always ready to share some fun facts.

  • My happy place is either hiking or skiing in the woods followed by sharing a cozy pot of soup with good friends!
